The Association of UK Dieticians has produced a handy guide for ageing well. This is based on a review of the evidence base by the University of Plymouth in 2021 bt the BDA Older people specialist group. 

It covers protein, vitamin, fat and fibre recommended intake which are different from the general population. In addition it talks about fluid intake in detail, including latest guidance on fluid intake (1600ml per day for Women and 2000ml for Men per day)
