This vegetarian alternative Cottage Pie is packed with root veggies, leeks, cannellini beans, sweetcorn and dark green lentils. Cooked in a rich tomato sauce with a splash of Chardonnay white wine and seasoned with sage, thyme and black pepper. Finished with a top layer of fluffy mashed Yorkshire potatoes, carrots and swede.

Root Vegetable & Potato Mash (56%) (Potato, Carrot, Swede, Butter(MILK), Salt, Ground Nutmeg, Ground White Pepper), Cannellini Beans (7%), Leek (7%), Tomato (5%), Swede (4%), Carrot (3%), Water, Onion, Sweetcorn (2%), White Wine (1.8%), Speckled Lentils (1%), Tomato Puree, Vegetable Stock (Carrot Juice Concentrate, Onion Juice Concentrate, Onion Powder, Leek Powder, Sunflower Oil), Cornflour, Garlic Puree, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Dried Sage, Dried Thyme, Ground Black Pepper.

How to reheat

For best results please microwave. Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

The following is a guide only. 850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. 1000W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes.

After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve. DO NOT REHEAT.

Oven: Remove sleeve and film. Remove the contents from the tray and place in an oven proof dish. Place in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. ELECTRIC 190°C - FAN 170°C - GAS MARK 5

Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
